Pros
Great company culture. Great people work at Tractor. It depends on who your DM is at the end of the day. I work for a great one.
Cons
If you are used to managing big box and are more of a delegator and not a person that hustles and leads right along side their team this job is not for you. But if you are ready to show the way, do the work with the team, and never ask them to diabetic g you wouldn’t do, you will be successful. This job is more demanding than any big box leadership role I have had. But it is the best of my career chapters so far. Lead by example and you will be fine.
