      Great customers shop these stores.

      The company does not care about the employees, the boasting about making billions of dollars each year and not allowing the stores to pay employees a living wage is baffling.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
