I’ve had a very fulfilling experience working at Tractor Junction as a Content Manager. It’s one of those rare places where content is not treated as an afterthought, but as a core business driver.
What I loved most is the ownership and trust given to the content team. From brand stories to videos, and campaign content—everything we create has a clear impact on traffic, engagement, and business outcomes. You get to work very closely with product, marketing, video, and performance teams, which really sharpens your thinking beyond just “creating content.”
The learning curve is steep but rewarding. The agri-tech and rural commerce space is complex, and that pushes you to deeply understand the audience, not just chase keywords. Leadership (including the founders) is accessible and open to ideas, which makes your work feel meaningful.
The culture is performance-oriented but fair. If you are proactive, data-driven, and willing to take responsibility, you’ll grow fast. There’s a strong sense of building something impactful for Bharat, which adds purpose to everyday work.
