Pros

One of the few positives is that you quickly develop strong time management skills and the ability to adapt under pressure due to the constant workload and last minute demands. We're also allowed to take products from the brands we work on, which is a nice perk.

Cons

This workplace lacks proper structure and support. You're expected to figure everything out on your own and handle a heavy workload with unrealistic same-day deadlines. There’s little to no time for onboarding or getting to know coworkers on other teams, let alone taking a proper lunch break. The environment is driven by fear rather than open communication. Small mistakes are met with yelling and belittlement, and instead of fostering collaboration, Directors and VPs create tension. The VPs and senior staff don't provide adequate training or guidance, and unfortunately, they often come across as unkind and unprofessional. VP's frequently clash and speak poorly about one another, which only adds to the toxic culture. Favoritism is also a big issue, if they like you they treat you nicely, and if they don't... expect more work and hostile behaviors. Turnover is extremely high, and many people leave shortly after joining (myself included). The only ones who stay are senior level employees, many of whom are rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive. They seem to forget that new hires need support and actual training to succeed. They also don't give any reviews or any feedback on how to grow. Overall, this is a deeply dysfunctional and unpleasant workplace. Think carefully before accepting a position here - they don't pay you well enough to endure all this. This was definitely one of the worst experiences of my life!

Pros

They create good quality work and put a lot of detail and care into their execution.

Cons

A difficult team to work with when it comes to upper management. High volume of repetitive emails that lack structure and cold calls to personal phones. Lack of communication between teams causing friction when it comes to operations. Most alarming - CEOs interaction amongst teams is not aligned with the level of respect that one in the highest position should be leading with.
