Pros

Free beauty products - the product closet is amazing.

Cons

How do I even begin to describe the evils that lurk behind the brightly painted walls of Tractenberg? It's a rejected sorority sister and mean girl convention on the daily in this place. If you're not one of them, you'll never belong. None of the VPs have respect for anyone, not even each other. The abuse runs rampant. You'll never leave your desk for lunch and if you do, you won't be home before 9PM. They like to hire employees as assistants, abuse them for years until their spirit has been broken and then promote them so this type of horrible behavior is all they know and it seems normal. Classic hazing followed by Stockholm Syndrome. You can always tell how long someone has been working there based on how much of a mean girl they are. Basically by the time they've made it to management positions they think they have to be mean to get anything done. Not enough of a reason to steer clear? Okay: the accounting department is a joke. NO HR department and benefits are so expensive it isn't even worth it. No real room for growth if you're not one of them or willing to play their game. And trust me, everyday is a game here. All in all this place is a mess and you'd be better off at pretty much any other agency. Take these negative reviews seriously. The 5 star reviews are clearly the VPs trying their best to bring up the terrible rating of the agency.

Pros

They create good quality work and put a lot of detail and care into their execution.

Cons

A difficult team to work with when it comes to upper management. High volume of repetitive emails that lack structure and cold calls to personal phones. Lack of communication between teams causing friction when it comes to operations. Most alarming - CEOs interaction amongst teams is not aligned with the level of respect that one in the highest position should be leading with.
