Apart from spending time with residents, none. A terrible place to work.

Short staffed, WAY to many responsibilities for under trained staff. Appalling wage for such an intense job. Pointless paperwork. No time to spend with the residents of the home, very poor management with old fashioned views. More interested in profit than the well-being of residents or staff! VERY long hours. Being left alone in a house full of people who show aggressive behaviour over night. If you want to make your self ill, work for tracscare

The residents and the properties are the best thing about the company!!

Senior management incompetence, bullying attitudes, ancient and punitive approaches towards their workforce. Don't like being questioned nor do they actively listen to constructive criticism on how THEY or the business could be improved. Senior management aware of the way that THEY and their managers treat their staff but they choose to ignore or addressed the practices of their own management failing or those of the departmental heads! They make life intolerable to those staff they want out to force them out of the company. I have NEVER met so many " cloned" zombies in ALL my long years working in the care sector!! RUN A MILE and don't look back!!!!!!!
