It can be very frustrating when people go online (anonymously) and take shots at their (supposed) former employer/company and do this without having to identify themselves. How do we “really” know if this person was a former employee or just an opportunistic competitor? Making claims like... back door deals? shady sales tactics? make salespeople out to be liars? etc... For the record, Traco has never been known to practice any of the claims made by “anonymous” poster. In fact, Traco has one of the best reputations in the industry. Just ask any of our customers, suppliers, bankers, attorneys, CPA, and even our “honest” competitors. Traco actually does business with many of our “friendly” competitors!
Traco has Salespeople who have been with the company for almost 30 years, 20 years, and several for 15 years. Traco only employs 11 Sales Reps (currently). A very high percentage are seasoned veterans with a wealth of packaging experience between them.
Having been in business for over 33 years you can’t last that long by doing the things we are being accused of by “anonymous “ poster. I have to question the authenticity of this poster!
If a Salesperson hits their quotas and takes care of their customers like “good” Sales Reps do then they can make a very comfortable career at Traco. That’s exactly what our current Sales Reps have done!
Anyone who is honest, ethical, driven, willing to work, and can get along with their associates (100+) will find that Traco has some great opportunities available for them.
