      Great Team Support. Peers and Co-Workers are willing to help train. Strong Culture and Values " I am leaving this review many months after working there because I feel they deserve more recognition for the team they have built even though I did not work out as a team member

      Lack of Training Program (Most companies suffer in this area)

      Traco is constantly looking for ways to improve our onboarding and training process/programs. Our HR department recently developed a “new employee” orientation plan that should help new employees with their initial stages of employment, training, and know how necessary to help ensure their success at Traco. We always value employee feedback as it helps us continually improve our policies and procedures. Thanks for the honest feedback!

      Pros

      Company is very focused on goals. This has helped the company achieve some amazing results over the past 2-3 years. Company celebrates every time a goal is met.

      Cons

      There is always room for improvement, but nothing that is a deal breaker.

      Thank you for your commentary. As a company we always have to set goals in order to achieve them. It’s best to put a stake in the ground as a benchmark then measure our progress against that benchmark. Amazing results have happened since using these metrics to measure our performance. 11 straight months of surpassing our goals with one month the best in 33 years. Thanks to our dedicated Associates for driving our company to new heights each day!

      great coworkers Free popcorn and soda once a week if you care about that kind of stuff

      Cons

      Disrespectful unappreciative leadership No training Don’t listen to suggestions from the people doing the actual work No raises, some people even got pay cuts
