      The company has an outstanding culture that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and innovation which is something I had never experienced before working at Tracksuit. The team's culture has a strong emphasis on employee well-being, career development, and work-life balance. The management is very inviting, supportive, and genuinely cares about their employees. They encourage open communication and feedback, which has created a culture of transparency and trust. The work culture here has been a driving force behind my personal and professional growth. Which is my I highly recommend Tracksuit.

      Pros

      Strong talent density. A company that genuinely cares about employee work experience. Fantastic brand that allows us to attract top talent. Scaling fast and a genuine defensible moat. Solid equity and comp packages. And finally, an incredible ICP who are innovative and care about building their career whilst we build the company. This dynamic makes the space super interesting.

      Cons

      The company is moving fast, and you will need to reinvent your role every 6 months (for people driven by learning, this will be a good signal).
