Pros
I love working at Trackers for a few reasons, firstly the people there are amazing working with my fellow instructors to the admin and management team everyone is fun and inviting! Also, I love the outdoors and working with kids. This job combines the two so well, that I get to spend time outdoors getting to know various sites and locations while also teaching kids about the outdoors and building their confidence and independence in the wild! Additionally, for a first job and overall in the outdoor edu industry, Trackers pays well, so that is a bonus!
Cons
The only downside for me at Trackers is if you come back for multiple seasons the general structure and organization of the staff and programs change a lot from season to season and that can be difficult to adjust to.
