      Pros

      Connecting kids with nature and helping them grow in independence and skills is really rewarding work. School year employment can have flexible hours / schedules. Community is tight and supportive with lots of opportunities for staff to learn new skills.

      Cons

      It can be physically demanding. Summer schedule is intense and requires a lot of focus and dedication.

      -Work from home -Great team of people to work with -supportive team -positive atmosphere

      Cons

      -some of the processes/computer data bases/systems seem like they could use some improving but I don’t know a lot about this.

      It was fun to be outdoors doing fun things.

      Cons

      There were many communication issues with upper management. There isn't much room for growth. It requires a huge commitment and it can be hard on the body.
