Good work/life balance. Relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
Highly disorganized company with a strong culture of blame. Tracker has been loss making for several years and has a high rate of employee turnover due to both resignations and rounds of redundancies. IT is highly uncooperative, draconian and unwilling to fix any problems unless forced to by upper management.
