Work life balance is good with hybrid work model

From my experience, it’s difficult to identify any strong positives when the workplace culture lacks a genuine sense of empathy or community. A supportive and inclusive environment is fundamental, and unfortunately, that was missing.

The work environment tends to be influenced by internal politics created by people with longer tenures, and at times, it can feel unprofessional or lacking in employee support. There's also a noticeable level of interpersonal drama, which can resemble a high school-like atmosphere and may impact team dynamics, mental health outside office days.
