A good brand name and a strong hold in the industry. you are respected by the business partners (also, it depends on your relationship building skills) Build up and connect to people from around the country. If you love to travel , its a good place.
Cons
The culture of company is still laid back and no one is interested to grow , try and learn new thing. The traditional approach works at the highest level and the approvals are still the old school ways, like passing of papers from desk to desk and no conclusion until the last day. Everyone is bossing around, and not trying to lift you up, instead pushing down.
