Pros

Lots of snacks and drinks stocked at work. That's about it.

Cons

No team building activities for those in G&A unless you count the sales kickoff that happens once a year. CFO doesn't seem to care to instill any work culture but instead tries to make entry level employees plan events with zero budget. Work life balance is horrible with expectations to work unreasonable hours while not providing fair compensation. Extremely high turnover without any process documentations and everyone trying to stay afloat instead of making process improvements. Terrible ERP system that makes pulling reliable data nearly impossible. No plans to assist with career growth. More worried about their own margins than they care about employees. Literally witnessed employees have health issues due to the stress at work and management asking them to still work instead of take time off.

Pros

Trace3 has an incredibly supportive and compassionate leadership team. Managers genuinely care about their people as individuals, not just employees, and they consistently show up with empathy, encouragement, and trust. There’s a strong focus on professional growth, with plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and get exposure to projects that align with your interests and strengths. Collaboration is a huge strength here. Teams work well together across roles and functions, and there’s a true sense of consistency in how people partner and communicate. No one hesitates to step in and help when needed — even outside their immediate responsibilities — which creates a culture of shared ownership and mutual respect. On top of all that, the culture is genuinely fun and energizing. People are smart, driven, and kind, and the environment makes it easy to enjoy the work you’re doing alongside teammates you actually like working with. Trace3 strikes a rare balance between meaningful work, strong support, and a positive, engaging culture.
