Pros
Flexible working conditions, good colleagues. Work from anywhere in Europe in august.
Cons
Trace One is owned by a Private Equity company who definitely do not like to invest in the software. The only investment is paid by customers and is very reactive - there is no proactive innovation going on. Plus it is not possible to re-invest in both softwares because there arent enough people or money to do it. They have 2 types of PLM software and both have very old User Interfaces (looks like last updated in 2003) which makes it difficult to sell. Implementation times are at least a year and are very very expensive which also makes it hard to sell. Lots of internal politics and, no clear sales strategies and completely untrustworthy sales leadership. Little marketing support and there is a high staff turnover of product managers. The CEO is great but unfortunately some of his management team aren't. Some good sales people have been fired for poor reasons.
