      Where do I begin... Horrible training, management is beyond a joke, if you speak up you be fired, the stress level is way too high for the bs you put up with. Stay away at all cost no wonder why their turnover rate is high

      Pros

      Fully remote, lots of autonomy, unlimited PTO, high-paying base, and decent bonus structure.

      Cons

      Little to no culture from several rounds of layoffs, low morale, unrealistic quotas, no opportunities for career advancement. Sales team is shrinking fast.
