Trabon provides a fun, friendly and nurturing work environment that encourages employees to think outside of the box. The company is very forward thinking and possesses a long history while being posed for a strong future.

The company is often in a growing period which can pose challenges as an employee. While this might be viewed as a con it actually allows employees ample opportunity to prove themselves and grow with the company.

Trabon is a great company to work for. Salaries are good, benefits are good and they treat you like an adult here. Tim Trabon cares very deeply about his people and his company he's been building since 1951 and it shows. In addition, most everyone here has been here for a very long time, which is always a good sign of company health and employee morale.

Not many to list, really. Given that many of the Trabon team members have been here a long time and that the company has changed it's focus to restaurant services, there has been some resistance to change and implementing that change sometimes takes longer than one would like, but in general all the problems I've encountered at Trabon have been the good kind: too many clients onboarding (meaning extra work), structural team changes (meaning speed bumps in org transitions), etc. Again, overall, nothing to complain about.
