Pros
Was my first job and worked there for 3 years as a front end associate and it was great. Learned many skills in customer service. Management was nice and encouraging. Very laid back and cill workplace.
Cons
Customers could sometimes be rude and picky, but it can be like that everywhere. Specifically with returns, many would not understand our strict return policy and then would get upset.
