Pros

- monthly bonus incentives - a lot of sales opportunities - benefits are really good - company parties/events - work from home

Cons

- Little to no promote from within opportunities - servicing policies is a pain, system has limitations on what we can access - a lot of customer dissatisfaction - Strong demand to over exceed monthly quota - feels like they just view you as a number

Pros

I’ve had AN AMAZING experience here, and I think it’s worth sharing. One thing I’ve noticed is that this company genuinely invests in people who demonstrate initiative and a GROWTH mindset. I’ve seen colleagues at various experience levels step up, ask for stretch assignments, and create opportunities for themselves that didn’t previously exist. When you consistently deliver strong work and show you’re ready for more responsibility, leadership notices. I’ve worked alongside both newer team members and long-tenured staff, and what stands out to me isn’t age or years of experience—it’s attitude and performance! The people who thrive here, regardless of when they joined, are the ones who stay curious, collaborate well, and let their work speak for itself. I’ve personally witnessed several promotions and role expansions for people who brought that energy. As for turnover, every company experiences it, and people leave for all kinds of reasons. What I’ve observed is that those who embrace the company’s innovative culture and seek out opportunities to grow tend to build long, successful careers here.

Cons

Sometimes too much time is invested in trying to rehabilitate underperformers.
