You will get assigned the work and you will learn as you go ahead. They do hire people through walk in, usually from vendor end ( manufacturing/construction experience). Package offered through walk in is sometimes better than current employees of same grade.
Cons
> Toxic Work culture > Micromanaging head of the department > Discrimination against gender (Passive) If you join as a fresher, you will not be trained enough, however you can will be expected to work with senior engineers who are just stuck there because its too late for them. Unprofessional behavior from seniors with highly inappropriate comments being passed about female colleagues and their incompetency/strength. No work life balance.
