Don’t waste your time - Dispatcher Townsend Energy Employee Review

Everything else about this place was bad. A horrible and very stressful environment, most of my coworkers were very petty and even catty. Training is almost nonexistent. Went through the whole interview process to be hired and then laid-off a few month later due to ‘restructuring’. No advancement opportunities at the operations level. Believe me, don’t waste your time.
