Pros
- If you are young and 'blonde' and can flirt well, you will never ever be fired. - You don't need a brain to work in the creative department - you can shop online all day! - Rules are extremely flexible if they like you, just become buddies with your boss - Company has the potential of being about 4 times the size it is... if the right people were hired
Cons
- Owner of the company is constantly cursing at people so loud you can hear it from the other side of the office - Some of the managers are just given a title and have zero clue as to how to manage work or people - The above mentioned do not know how to delegate work properly - The health benefits... oh wait, there are no decent benefits - Company adds not one penny to 401K - 10 hour days are required from September to October - The one perk of having Jewish holidays were recently cut down to less days - While some people work their tails off, others shop online all day long... and manage to keep their job - Owner of company hires most of the females for what they look like, not what they are capable of... the rest actually work - There is no kitchen - it is located in the bathroom - There is no break area - its a dorm sized small and dirty fridge with a microwave people constantly make a mess of (Pigs) - It's Junior High all over again, 30 year old so-called "women" who act like they are 13 - It's extremely nauseating when you hear some of the girls (who are married or have boyfriends) constantly flirting with the doormen, the owner, the UPS guys, the maintenance men, any and every one....gross. - No room for growth (not that you'd want to stay)
