Pay is moderately decent, i.e. not starvation wages.
Cons
Nearly Everything. Not a day went by where customers were not complaining about shady contracts they signed from even more shady dealers. Too many customers got trapped into taking out credit they couldn't afford/get out of & the actual "cookware/homewares" hardly works without breaking. A lot of overpriced cheap crap from China I suppose, being marketed as "world class." Staff is apathetic/grumpy/mean/uncaring on a good day and far too much nepotism going on in the company. CEO hires everyone from his wife to daughter/step kids to work there, causing a lot of other disgruntled employees who think/know they're getting perks. Don't work here unless you enjoy soul-crushing, repetitive & meaningless work.
