      Towlift has a wealth of knowledge and experience that’s unparalleled in this industry. Besides that, they are focused and immensely helpful in their service area. I would recommend their help to anyone.

      Pros

      Ok an environment, lazy management so they don’t know anything you’re doing on a daily basis if that is your thing.

      Cons

      No communication, IT doesn’t respond, sales manager doesn’t respond, awful training and onboarding. Other sales people talked negatively from day one about the support “. Signed a contract with them for a guarantee of pay, since I quit on them they have decided to change terms and not pay me the guaranteed amount. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
