      Pros

      Lots of good things going on. People are nice and there is a lot of upside. They take great care of their customers. Ownership is very involved.

      Cons

      Sometimes customer locations are dirty - Cleveland Ohio is cold in the winter and there is some driving typically required if you are a field guy.

      Pros

      Ok an environment, lazy management so they don’t know anything you’re doing on a daily basis if that is your thing.

      Cons

      No communication, IT doesn’t respond, sales manager doesn’t respond, awful training and onboarding. Other sales people talked negatively from day one about the support “. Signed a contract with them for a guarantee of pay, since I quit on them they have decided to change terms and not pay me the guaranteed amount. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
