Been in business for 50 years and growing. Considered one of the industry leaders. Plenty of growth opportunity as the senior leaders of the company do a great job of retaining and growing talent. They also do a great job of maintaining a healthy work life balance for all employees.
Cons
The company has silos. The communication between departments can breakdown and sometimes leads to faulty decisions.
