Pros
Towill works on great projects for great clients. Surveying and mapping is the focus of the company, all the bosses do what I do. Since Towill focuses on agency work, utilities, infrastructure, etc. we were not hit terribly hard when the economy tanked in 2008. While many of my surveyor friends were looking for jobs, I had steady work.
Cons
The reason I posted here was because of the two negative reviews. Two words: Sour Grapes. It's one thing to say what you feel, but there were some exaggerations and straight-out lies (obesity? alcoholism?? really???) Things can't be as bad as the two reviews imply - there is very very little turnover (I can only think of one person who left to work for another company - 4 years ago).
