Management ruthlessly fires people who don't fit their specific criteria, watched multiple people get let go when I worked there and then was subsequently fired myself in the middle of the shift. Core staff also screamed at me and swore at me and insulted me personally multiple times. Basically some core people at the company were extremely rude and toxic. If you're planning to work there it has a friendly exterior but ultimately you may end up hating it. I was in training and basically looking for support on what I should be doing to do better and I was let go the second I made 1 mistake. They expect near perfection out of their employees. Also there's constant meetings that are needless. Management is highly toxic if you do anything they don't like even if you genuinely didn't mean it. Definitely would not recommend working there unless you're really keen on that "we're a family" guise with a pile of sh*t and stress piled on top. Lastly, all the staff sh&t talked their former employees that worked there when they left. It was really not a great culture...
