Small team environment and pitching in across different functions isn't for everyone

-Small size means employees take on variety of responsibilities-- has made work experience much more meaningful than any other entry-level position seems to be - Fun, collaborative environment with a constant open-door policy-- can always ask for feedback and help when I'm stuck spinning my wheels - Interesting work across many different areas-- fast-paced projects mean deep-dives into different topics. I feel like I'm becoming a mini-subject matter expert in several fields -Room for and encouragement of growth and professional development

- It's a very small firm, and some who prefer a larger, more anonymous workplace may not like that
