A large employer in the county. Health insurance was good for local employees.
Cons
Clueless management. No career path. Very political. For a "non profit", upper management for years spent like a drunken sailor to stroke their egos. Big bonuses to senior leadership, big purchases on money losing entities. Hemorrhaging money with an uncertain financial future.
