Thank you for the review of Tower Health. We agree that we have good teams, and are proud of the professionalism of our Hospitalist group. Floating to different nursing units gives you an opportunity to learn about many different areas of the Hospital and gives you well rounded experience. We recognize that changing depts can be challenging at times. As a result, we provide additional compensation to RNs and PCAs who work in our established float pool in that recognition.
