There is a beautiful saying “choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life” These lines are true in my experience of my job in Towell. “Working with Towell is like working for your own company, as they treat employees as family”. I am lucky to be part of this family and its being 12 years now as a Civil Engineer running my career in Towell Engineering Group (TEG). A passion in my heart to work with Towell was realized in 2008, it was a dream come true experience, “where work as professionals and bonding as one family “is witnessed every day. My big gratitude to the whole team at work that I grew up and in making me a strong, confident professional and it continues much more under the leadership of our Founder, Managing Director and Group CEO Mr Balaji Srinivasan, who is inspiring us every day to move forward as professionals, go getters, achievers and be successful at work. Mentors in TEG, leading each department are truly helpful and remarkable. My thanks to Mr. Rajaram Kannan (GM - Commercial and Legal) and Mr. Joshy John (Head of Contracts-Towell Construction) for their mentorship and guidance. Working and being part of TEG is truly a blessing in disguise... an experience to be cherished every day. “It’s the small little acts of unmentioned kind actions we remember “ , during this period of work from home Our Founder and Seniors ensured the safe being of all employees and their family members , calls being made to check on the wellbeing shows how at TEG the bond , caring is extended to all employees, this is highly appreciable.
