Geen doorgroeimogelijkheden, de salarissen zijn gewoon te laag en de organisatie is één grote chaos. Ze maken misbruik van mensen die gepassioneerd zijn over het doel van het bedrijf.

Tover is a company with an important mission. I specifically liked the work/company culture. There was no sense of hierarchy, you're treated as an expert in your own field, and you're involved in your team's discussions. There was also no language barrier for international students like myself.

The monthly compensation for interns should be higher, taking into account that it's a full-time position.
