I love the product that Tovala makes which makes working for them easy, as I believe in the vision. Tovala offers a wide range of benefits, company ownership, and is overall a great place to work. The people who work at Tovala are great; they are friendly and helpful whenever you need something. Because it's still a small company, employees have a lot of ownership over their work and truly get to make a difference to the success of the company. They offer remote work and the HQ office in Chicago provides a good working environment for those who do want to go into the office.
Cons
Tovala is still a start-up company so its not immune to the challenges that come with being a start-up - including lack of some resources, sales swings, and fast pivots with decision-making
