Pros

Fast paced, high growth startup with a never ending set of problems to solve balanced with a healthy culture focused on leading full lives. Instead of a "unlimited" vacation policy, there is a *minimum* 15 day vacation policy with everyone, including our CEO, taking the necessary time to relax and recharge. The leadership team is very transparent and thoughtful and have actively cultivated a culture of people who genuinely are passionate about what they do as well as care for each other.

Cons

Definitely not a 9 to 5. With our fairly lean teams, it can lead to periods of a lot of work.

Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

Cons

Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
