      Pros

      I have an excellent manager, Tovala encourages work/life balance, they are invested in you growing personally and professionally. I love the variety of my job and the company culture is just wonderful.

      Cons

      Some people may find the "start up" vibe frustrating, either having to flex into other tasks or supporting others not in your field, or putting out the occasional "fire" on a friday night. (I personally like this vibe overall though.)

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
