      Pros

      A chance for people with very little education to become good at being con artists/annoying sales people. You were a suit for like an hour for no real reason so that's nice?

      Cons

      You'll hear a lot of buzz words like growth opportunities and self management but it's nonsense. You're a door to door salesman. That's it. Bottom line. If you're okay with that then cool but they are very dishonest about what the work actually is until you're actually doing it. Also commission based pay only. And unpaid training.

We find your review particularly aggressive, especially regarding your comments towards education level and being "con artists". Last time we checked, AT&T was one of the highest regarded companies within the telecommunications industry, and we are incredibly proud to represent them. If we in turn could be upfront with you, it would be to say that you were explained every aspect of our lead-based sales campaign prior to accepting employment, as well as clearly explained the compensation and training. Perhaps you missed the paperwork and new hire orientation that followed your interview process? Regardless, we hope that in our parting you have found something better suited for you professionally!       Pros

      My experience at Tova was amazing, I lost like five pounds being in the field haha! I loved the atmosphere, You can learn so much there in how to run a company, I wished I could of stayed but my life had a detour moment, Gen the owner of Tova is hands down a great person to work for, I believe in her company and I loved my experience there! She helped me in so many ways. If you are reading this Gen thank you from the bottom of my heart I now know what it is to want something and knowing what it takes to accomplished it , I'm sorry for the way that I left. I was under a lot of pressure... I wish you much success!

      Pros

      Hello every one, I work with Tova daily and have had such a positive experience, I wanted to leaf a positive review. The best reasons to work at Tova, 1. Management- The owner Gen Cohan is awesome! She's a very effective manager and does a fantastic job at welcoming people, mentoring and running her company hands-on in a fun way; it's inspiring. She goes above and beyond everyday and does a really good job at taking care of everyone who works for her. Gen is also an excellent coach and mentor. 2, Leadership/ Professional Development- The training and development is excellent! I really can't comment positively enough on this point. I came into Tova hungry for a chance to make more money and be developed into a better business leader, and its really been paying off. The first year training in amazing! 3. Fun Work Environment-The entire office is pretty close knit and there's always things going on. Honestly, I didn't realize how important work actually was until I was with Tova.

      The downsides include, kind of long hours during the week.
