Pros
Large marketing budgets, good agency management experience, offices all centrally located in large cities. Flexible working hours and can be a fun vibe depending on department.
Cons
Very difficult to progress within as senior management treat the place as a job for life Difficult to get out into the commerical sector and Tourism Boards seen as a easy ride by commercial sector. A good place to go to end your career but not in your 20's/30's. Good place to work for mother's due to flexible working conditions. Salary isn't great, for better marketing salaries work for an FMCG brand
