Pros
I am a boomerang employee, in that I used to work at Touchstorm several years ago and found myself back at Touchstorm. That in and of itself should show how great this company is! It’s not often you find yourself going back to a previous employer, but Touchstorm has always had a special place in my heart. From the people, to the innovative knowledge sharing, to the endless potential to contribute to something really great, Touchstorm really feels like one of the few employers left who is willing to work with you on what you need. I used to be a Senior Account Manager and came back as a part-time Channel Manager that eventually transitioned into full time. At this point in my life, I’m really looking for something flexible and accommodating and Channel Management has given me just that. I didn’t have previous channel manager experience, but the team is so great at training you up and letting you thrive that I truly believe you can excel at whatever role you want at Touchstorm. There are tons of people that have been there for years, and continue to lift each other up in a way that feels like the stability you need from a company. I truly can’t say enough great things about this company. And Alison, the CEO, is extremely personable and willing to have a conversation about just about anything. She’s the type of person you don’t fear going to to get some advice or just to talk about any new ideas you might have. She’s really curated an environment of innovation, growth and most importantly, community. If you’re interested in a company that is willing to trust you and treat you like the amazing employee you know you can be, Touchstorm is the place for you!
Cons
Not many I can think of, there is very much an open door policy to allow anyone to voice any grievances so they can be addressed and resolved, so if anything came up, you can trust that management will listen and come up with a plan to help resolve any problems.
