Pros

Nice building, most of the regular workforce are good people.

Cons

This place is a massive good old white boys club. Look around and you will see no women or minorities in leadership (ever! please ask them about this because they won’t be able to answer otherwise!) in fact you will see very few minorities at all and the women are all in work horse positions. You won’t see any older people either. Just one and I don’t think he even really works there. If you are anything outside of a white male under 45 this is not a good option for you. This place reeks of regret and severance packages, seriously it’s the best way I can describe the cold, stagnant energy that persists behind the otherwise attractive office space. Legends tell of multiple pregnant people going on leave and never returning even ones everyone knew could not afford to quit and told everyone they were coming back. They always spin it like people “chose” to leave but nobody is that dumb. Massive “layoffs” due to COVID then the company is advertising all over that they were hiring the very next week and the owner showed up in a brand new luxury car- yeah people notice that stuff. I hope someone investigates this place for relief fraud. Leadership is downright evil or at best completely dead inside and it stems from the extremely narcissistic owner. That guy couldn’t get more stereotypical, image obsessed, name dropping villain if they wrote his character for an award winning novel. Of course he seems charming at first but all narcissists do so please use caution and do your research on how to interact with one if you end up here. Scared, underpaid employees scamper around with fake smiles on their faces to avoid a target on their back but everyone is flat miserable. I could go on and one but I think I’ve said enough. I’m not a very big review writer but some things shouldn’t be left unsaid if you can stop someone else from making the same mistake you did.

Pros

Fun events with free food and drink but you have to be in the in crowd to actually have a good time because it is like a high school clique.

Cons

This place truly put a strain on my mental health. I woke up every morning miserable and not wanting to go in. The warehouse enviornment was stressful and overwhelming, the manager was basically screaming at people that they had to work the weekend and forced the small group of us to come in all the while belittling us. That man thinks he's smarter than the whole world and he enjoys making people feel bad about themselves. He's given his order control lady the green light to boss everyone around even though she has no title.
