if your looking for a work place for advancement,long term,friendly place to work,don't waist you time,it's not gonna happen here.i wasted 8 years there before i realized it. don't get me wrong,i'm not a disgruntled employee just tryng to get back at the company,cause it was my decision to stay there that long,hoping the company would change its ways.so that didn't happen ,very bad mangement,and the owner has no clue. so i just left. and so glad i did.i love my new job.they actually treat me like a person. the other problem they have is they keep firing and hiring floor leaders.Louis,the one they have now,rules with an iron fist from his home in Canada via the internet,and cameras.he wants to make sure you are earning that $12.00 bucks per hour !! they have been more people quit in the six months he has been there than since the place was opened,mostly women"you do the math !!" anyway,hope this helps someone looking for employment.
