      Amazing management that is kind and uses reinforcement rather than punishment with their employees, as well as other ABA principles. Fair pay for the town and extensive support getting the RBT certification.

      Cons

      Like most ABA companies, do not get to choose which age group or behavior targets to work with

      Good days were very rewarding

      Cons

      High rate of aggressive clientele, injuries occurred multiple times. Pay was horrible especially considering the job responsibilities. Raises and big promises were made, but nothing ever came to fruition.
