      Pros

      When working, I enjoyed the job and physical labor.

      Cons

      Site supervisors were not good the majority of the time. Never knew if you would be working the next week, or if they would have somewhere for you to go after the job is done. Even if working a 40+ hour week, still not considered FT, and get no benefits. Pay was way lower than should have been.

      Cons

      Harassment from management with no correction. Favortism for positions. Underpaid, overworked.
