      Pros

      They were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they wanted to focus on how I could develop my skills so I could further my career. Hours were very flexible as an intern and I was able to take things at a pace I wanted to. There were lots of opportunities to grow my skills and lots of encouragement from my supervisor.

      Cons

      Sometimes a lot of repetitive tasks, but expected for a marketing intern.

      Allowed to interview several department heads about their job roles and taught useful databased for future career skills like Salesforce and ZoomInfo

      Great benefits, health vision dental 401k match and more.

      Cons

      Quantity over quality methods for sales. Training is close to nonexistent. You just get thrown new things time and time again and get told to adjust. Employee turn around time is almost like a revolving door. I noticed the severe lack of POC on the sales team while I was there. There was one black guy at the time.
