Pros

- coworkers are a nice people - they honor your flex time - good location

Cons

- low pay for non-management - management knows a lot about construction, not software, which is what they are building/selling - fear-based leadership leads to poor morale/culture and shortsighted strategy - micromanagement

We appreciate you taking the time to speak openly about your experience at Touchplan. Touchplan is competitive with other companies in the region with a generous offer of equity, paid time-off and flexible schedules. We’re sorry you felt otherwise and we do our best to make sure our employees feel valued and motivated by their compensation and the jobs they’re performing and otherwise have had great feedback. Our company isn’t ordinary, and it’s one of the things that we love most about it. The product we stand behind was crafted because we think differently. The team we employ is engaged and successful because they’re not the same as everyone else. And at times, we encounter learning experiences based off of doing things differently. Failure to us is staying the course and not trying new things. Having a team of professionals that understand and are passionate about that and the future of construction and the tech space is critical to our success. We have and will continue to employ people that know or are excited to learn about both spaces and are on-board with our mission to be different and change this space. We’re sorry to hear you feel our leadership team lacks what you were looking for. It is always welcomed by all employees to contribute to strategies and elements to make all goals and plans successfully. As an organization, we wouldn’t be able to navigate to get to where we are today without business savviness and expertise. The strategy is fairly simple and explained to everyone as early as the interview process and our vision is enthusiastically long-term while fielding short-term needs as well. In addition, while we encourage people to run with their ideas and knowledge they’ve acquired professionally, there are some cases where more meticulous management comes into play if we feel the individual is not up to excel alone. While this may not have been the right path for you, we ask that you don't disrupt other's journeys at Touchplan, whether they are existing or perhaps future employees. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to review Touchplan and wish you well. Please let us know if you’d like to continue this conversation offline.

Pros

Great benefits, health vision dental 401k match and more.

Cons

Quantity over quality methods for sales. Training is close to nonexistent. You just get thrown new things time and time again and get told to adjust. Employee turn around time is almost like a revolving door. I noticed the severe lack of POC on the sales team while I was there. There was one black guy at the time.
