I cannot think of a single con with working here. Management really listens and cares for its people. If there is a problem, just have to let a manager know about it.

I worked in the Deliver Services Team (think Implementation) and there were clear processes, an interesting client base and good development potential. I had a great leader who was very client focused and keen to ensure all team members were informed & happy in their roles.

The sales side of the business was very sluggish and the leadership at the highest level seemed to change direction too often. Communication from the top down was not clear which lead to many people in the business feeling anxious over the state of the company...especially in light of some financial issues surrounding salary & equipment payments.
