Pros
Used to be a great company, full of opportunities and freedom for people to innovate and build great things which was reflected by the continues growth and numbers. Lately some pros include: - Some nice benefits like early Fridays - Some very talented people with loads of knowledge
Cons
- Lack of Strategic Direction: The company operates without a clear long-term vision, resorting to short-term, desperate decisions. - Ineffective Leadership: The previous CEO, though well-intentioned, lacked the leadership qualities needed to steer the company, leaving it without a clear direction while the management team operated without accountability. - Leadership Culture: The current CEO (formerly CMO) has been running the company for nearly two years under the hood with little resistance from the management team due to fear. A person that would mainly care about his ideas and how to force them (not even paying attention in meetings and playing on his phone when people were presenting and then dictating what he wanted) - not a coincident that loads of people left because of him. - Poor Decision-Making: Key business decisions are made behind closed doors by leadership without proper consideration of user feedback and data, leading to significant business decline. - Job Insecurity & Below-Market Compensation: Frequent redundancies create instability, while salaries remain uncompetitive, making it difficult to retain and attract top talent.
