LESS SALARIES NO OVERTIME BONUS NO INCENTIVES There is no Work Pipeline , anyone can give the creative team a project, such as, management team used to give projects instead of seniors in creative team. There are no proper producers, proper learned people in the creative team , which leads to lacking of interest in working in this company.
