Very bad management, it's hire and fire policy, they behave like kids and are not aware of they job roles, when we complaint to the CEO he gives a reply as he knows his employees but he doesn't know about the managers in there. After i releived the HR blocked me without providing the formality papers and just took my ID card so that i won't be able to enter the campus in DLF to ask them. The management just wants to dominate you.
